01 / INTRODUCTION

Hospitality within
a coastal destination.

Balmoral Suites is the proposed name used in the hotel presentation for the +Living hospitality component. The concept targets five-star resort positioning, with accommodation for leisure guests, business visitors, event delegates and longer stays.

Studio suites

The proposed studio combines a king bed and lounge in an open guest space, with a writing desk, coffee facilities and bathroom. Final dimensions and specifications remain to be confirmed.

One-bedroom suites

A separate bedroom and lounge provide privacy and space for longer visits. The concept also includes a dining area and writing desk.

Guest care

The proposed service programme includes reception and concierge support, housekeeping, laundry arrangements and in-room dining. Service standards and inclusions depend on operator selection.

and event hospitality

The hotel concept combines a resort stay with the convenience of accommodation and hospitality for conferences, exhibitions and celebrations.

Dining and wellness

Proposed facilities include a restaurant, lounge and bar, pool, fitness centre and spa services. Landscaped areas give guests places to pause between activities.

Business and events

Room blocks, meeting coordination and catering could support Connexions organisers and delegates. The concept also includes weddings, banquets and private celebrations.

Arrival and destination support

The proposed programme includes transport arrangements, destination concierge assistance and business support. Partner agreements and package inclusions remain subject to confirmation.
